ACE stands for Advancing the Client Experience. Advisors and advisor staff were using Microsoft Dynamics 2011 as their CRM system. We have transitioned into using Salesforce as the new CRM system, and my team and I have been conducting numerous research studies before launch to ensure that users had a smooth transition during this major change. We conducted user interviews, RITE studies, card sorting sessions, and distributed surveys.
